Delivery & Return

We deliver across Kenya using Fargo Courier. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours, depending on product availability (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery typically takes 24–72 hours, depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your delivery.

Please ensure that your delivery details are clear and complete. Google pin locations are not accepted — kindly provide a detailed address description to ensure successful delivery.

If you are based in Kilifi, you can also opt for pick-up — simply let us know when placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or lack of response from the recipient, the parcel may be returned to us and any re-delivery costs will be charged.

We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assess and resolve the issue. 

We offer exchanges on request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To arrange an exchange, please contact us directly.

We do not offer cash refunds. Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases of clear quality issues or damages.
